Overview MEDICINE Sleep Chart TeaChart AI4Women Guidebook

TeaChart analysis portal

TeaChart extends the LABS site with a portal for tea intake versus BAG, proteomics, metabolomics, IDPs, and related outputs. Modeling mirrors the team’s Sleep Chart paper-style settings (e.g., GAM summaries). The PI needed pages browseable early and easy to refresh as tables landed during peer review.

GWAS subpages were iterated by the PI first; then shared data drops (internal paths not listed here) fed section updates. Home highlights significant organs and uses a purple system background aligned with sibling portals such as MUTATE.

Pages and modules

  • Home refresh: organ highlights and chrome consistent with the chosen sibling portal.
  • Section rollouts for BAG and proteomics first; metabolomics and IDPs as files arrived.
  • Wire primary TSVs and summary tables into readable charts/downloads (details co-evolved with manuscript figures).

Collaboration and merges

Work happened on a feature branch; main changed frequently—pull before PR. Turnaround tracked peer-review urgency across a few days. Administrative email tasks ran in parallel and are out of scope here.

Resume-ready summary

Extended the LABS public portal with a TeaChart subsite for tea intake vs multi-omic outcomes (BAG, proteomics, metabolomics, IDPs), aligning layout and theming with sibling portals (e.g., shared purple system chrome) and wiring GAM/summary tables delivered over team data shares; iterated under peer-review timelines with branch/PR workflow while the PI updated upstream GWAS pages.
